SPS Zone 3 Meeting at Lycoming College

SPS Lycoming is delighted to host the 2022-23 SPS Zone 3 Meeting and we are looking forward to hosting your chapters! The meeting will be held on Saturday, February 25th, from 8:00am to 9:00pm. We encourage folks to arrive Friday, February 24th to settle in and enjoy light refreshments and a fun activity. There is no registration fee. Please visit this link to RSVP, we ask that all attendees RSVP by February 1st, 2023. Late registrations will be accepted until February 18th, 2023.We've included directions to Lycoming College below, along with a campus map and housing information. Our tentative itinerary is listed below and will be finalized before the registration deadline. Campus Map & Directions

Lycoming CollegeLycoming College is located at One College Place, Williamsport, PA 17701. You can navigate to the college with your preferred map service, or follow the written directions compiled by our admissions department. One you arrive, you may park in visitor parking at the Academic Center, marked on the map above with "Park Here." Registration will be held in Pennington Lounge, which is just inside the Academic Center.

If you are staying the night, we advise that you book a hotel or AirBnB. Hotel information is available on TripAdvisor and AirBnB information is available on their website. We can also offer a special rate for the Holiday Inn & Suites in Williamsport. The rate is $95.00 (plus fees) for two queen beds, which can house four students. If you wish to add an extra person per room, you can fit a cot in the room for an extra $10.60 (plus fees). If you are interested in this deal, please indicate on your RSVP form, or email sps@lycoming.edu. You must register by February 8th, 2023 to book rooms at our discounted rate.If you need travel funds, we can offer up to five travel grants of up to $100 to support your chapter's attendance of the meeting (gas, bus/train fare, car rentals, tolls, and/or lodging) to chapters located fifty miles or more away from Lycoming College, funded by SPS National. These awards are on a first come, first served basis. UPDATE: all travel grants have been allocated. At least two SPS members must travel together and attend the full meeting.
